For this reno, my client in Riverbend wanted to remodel her kitchen to a more transitional look. To keep things frugal, she wanted to keep the flooring tile in the kitchen which was a bit outdated, but I found something that worked well with it. She replaced all the other flooring with vinyl, painted the whole house, redid the staircase, and reno’d a couple of bathrooms. 

Wish the pictures were better, but unfortunately my good Canon Rebel was stolen lol 🙁
